Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an EMEA Client Onboarding Management Associate to oversee end-to-end implementation of institutional client mandates in a dynamic, global environment.

You will coordinate across teams to deliver onboarding events, manage documentation, and drive smooth client experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong service delivery with a focus on risks and controls within the onboarding lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective client communication, written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building with clients.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Collaborating with team members to provide comprehensive client support.
• Solid knowledge of financial products including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives and Funds.
• Trade flow understanding from event inception to settlement.
• Understanding of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
• Project management experience to run initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manages new account onboarding for Institutional Client mandates, incl. Segregated portfolios and Custody changes.
• Acts as client contact during end-to-end onboarding timeline and leads onboarding efforts.
• Leads internal and external meetings to scope and deliver events within timelines.
• Maintains onboarding documentation, checklists, product specs, project plans and related docs.
• Collaborates across internal teams to leverage expertise and service delivery; represents at key governance meetings.
• Communicates status updates to stakeholders and identifies risks to prevent issues.
• Supports global onboarding teams to improve processes and client experience.
