Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks a senior leader for the EMEA Cross Currency Solutions sales team. You will define and configure tailor-made FX solutions for key client relationships, collaborating with Sales, Banking and Markets to meet growth targets.

You will act as the voice of the customer, shaping strategy, leading pre-sales to mandate closures, and driving product adoption across regions with deep FX market insights.

Qualifications

• BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent.
• Excellent product-oriented sales experience with strong client facing skills.
• Proven ability to work under growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience solving complex problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in sales cycles and engaging with clients regularly.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to fit complex problems.
• Experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Demonstrable FX sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners in the region to develop client pipelines, account plans, product-market fit and marketing collateral
• Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre-sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management
• Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts
• Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current FX and payments industry trends
• Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs and adoption of best practices across regions
