Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a high-impact, cross-functional leader to shape and deliver the global A&A strategy for EMEA in partnership with GIB A&A leadership and regional heads.

You will optimize the operating model, strengthen workflow management, and advance junior talent initiatives while ensuring consistent global A&A programs across the region. This role requires extensive investment banking experience, strong stakeholder influence, and a data-driven approach to align capacity,

Qualifications

• Extensive investment banking experience.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives at regional scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional/global A&A priorities across EMEA in collaboration with GIB A&A leadership, HR, and senior business leaders.
• Monitor capacity, workload trends, and staffing demand to inform planning and hiring.
• Maintain a regional view of performance, promotion, and compensation outcomes in alignment with business priorities.
• Drive AI utilization and process optimization across EMEA A&A programs with governance and change management.
• Support Early Career Managers with consistent execution standards and alignment to global A&A processes.
