Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Regional Total Rewards Partner to serve as a regional Total Rewards expert for the EMEA region. You will collaborate with HR leaders, Payroll, Finance, and external consultants to deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs while aligning with local regulations and business needs.

In this role, you will lead compensation and benefits governance, provide market intelligence, and drive regional implementation of Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5–8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA (or APAC for the APAC role).
Experience with Workday and compensation survey platforms.
Excellent communication and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide regional Total Rewards consulting and partnership across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams.
Lead regional execution of compensation programs including annual salary reviews, market adjustments, and equity awards.
Oversee regional benefits administration, governance, renewals, and vendor evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and global Total Rewards strategy across multiple countries.
