Job summary

Justworks is seeking an experienced benefits leader to own EMEA operations end-to-end and scale multi-country programs. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue to ensure compliant, competitive plans that meet regional needs.

You will build scalable processes, manage broker and carrier relationships, and drive data-informed design across expanding markets while aligning with our total rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international benefits experience across UK and EU markets.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments, broker ecosystems, and carriers.
• Experience launching benefits in new markets and managing multi-country programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement and renewals.
• Launch benefits in new EMEA markets with cross-functional partners.
• Build and manage broker and carrier relationships.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design.
• Grow the benefits program operating cadence as the function matures.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Payroll and CX on international strategy.
