Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a highly analytical BDR Operations Manager to support the EMEA Business Development organization. You will partner with BDR leadership, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and Enablement to optimize performance and drive data-driven insights.

The role focuses on dashboards, KPI reporting, territory management, and scalable operating models across regions, with emphasis on data quality, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical role.
Strong understanding of BDR/SDR workflows, territory and lead management.
Proven experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards and KPI measurement.
Experience with sales productivity technologies and BI tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide data-driven insights to BDR leadership, including KPI reporting and funnel analysis.
Develop dashboards and reporting on territory performance, MQL SLAs, and pipeline.
Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with performance analysis.
Audit results for accuracy and partner with leadership on trends and risks.
Drive operational excellence in lead-to-opportunity processes and territory planning.
