Job summary

BambooHR is hiring a BDR/SDR in London with 1–3 years of outbound sales experience to own pipeline generation across the UK and Ireland. You’ll lead multi-channel outreach, shape outbound strategy, and work closely with AEs and marketing to drive momentum.

You’ll operate in a highly autonomous role, balancing resilience with a data-driven approach, and you’ll maintain CRM discipline in Salesforce while targeting European buyers with tailored messaging.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role.
• Experience supporting sales teams in European markets.
• Track record of meeting activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Confidence in cold calling and high-volume outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Coachability and a growth mindset.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound pipeline generation across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on the UK/I region.
• Shape and scale outbound motion and account targeting in-region.
• Own activity & performance targets for outreach, meetings, and pipeline.
• Personalize outreach at scale for European buyers.
• Handle objections and clearly articulate BambooHR’s value proposition.
• Maintain CRM discipline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with AEs and Marketing on messaging and account strategy.
• Surface market insights to refine targeting and GTM strategy across EMEA.
