EMEA SDR - Pipeline Builder with Multi-Channel Outreach

Job summary

Commerce in London is seeking an SDR to build a real pipeline across mid to enterprise prospects. You will own outbound prospecting, qualify with rigor, and hand off meetings to AEs/ADs, while maintaining CRM data and contributing to messaging improvements.

This hybrid London-based role requires 3 days in the office, strong communication, and the ability to work across an EMEA-wide territory with language skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of SDR or outbound sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting pipeline targets.
• Experience working with AE/AD teams is preferred.
• Structured prospecting approach using research and prioritization of accounts.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with SaaS or ecommerce domains is a plus.
• Salesforce and Outreach experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Actively AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory with multi-channel outreach.
• Book and hand off meetings for AEs and ADs with context and fit.
• Maintain a high-quality CRM with next steps, notes, and pipeline data.
• Contribute to sequence and messaging improvements by sharing what works.
• Hit monthly targets for meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline sourced.
• Collaborate on vertical outreach strategies with AEs/ADs.
• Network with partners to develop joint campaigns and outreach.
• Attend events and follow-ups to convert attendance into pipeline.
• EMEA-wide role; additional language beyond English preferred (German, French, Spanish or Italian).
