Job summary

Flourish in London is seeking a Pipeline Generation/BDR Manager to lead outbound-driven EMEA pipeline and coach the Business Development team. You will set targets, refine cadences and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities to support revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align messaging, improve prospecting quality and handoff processes, while developing and mentoring BDRs in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Business Development Representatives in a SaaS or B2B tech setting.
• Proven ability to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline qualification.
• Ability to coach messaging, call structure, objections and account research.
• Comfort with targets, activity metrics, conversion reporting and reviews.
• Analytical approach to identify gaps in activity and pipeline quality.
• Experience in fast-growing environments with evolving processes and priorities.
• Strong, direct communication to set expectations and drive accountability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Commercial mindset focused on predictable, repeatable pipeline for EMEA.
• Balance hands-on execution with people management in a scaling team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve EMEA pipeline generation activity with outbound focus.
• Lead, coach and support Business Development Representatives to boost performance.
• Set clear activity, conversion and pipeline targets aligned to EMEA priorities.
• Run outbound processes, cadences, tooling and performance routines.
• Review prospecting quality and handoff to Sales to keep pipeline relevant.
• Use data to identify gaps in activity, messaging and targeting and take action.
• Collaborate with EMEA Sales leadership on territory focus and account priorities.
• Partner with Marketing to align messaging, ICP, campaigns and follow-up.
• Support onboarding, development and performance of BDRs.
• Stay close to market and competitor insight to improve outreach and pipeline.
