Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the EMEA AI GTM team. You will lead a team of Account Executives, drive growth with strategic AI customers, and own high-level technical discussions across payments, billing, and embedded finance.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to execute go-to-market plans. You will build a strong team, mentor top performers, and engage executives to accelerate Stripe’s AI monetization strategy while delivering measurable revenue

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience launching and growing teams/products.
• 10+ years in hyper-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios and drive revenue expansion.
• Self-starter capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Ability to articulate complex technical requirements across stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AI industry dynamics and monetization models.
• Strong product acumen and ability to connect capabilities to user needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and work cross-functionally on negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term vision for a growing AI GTM team and scale day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, expanding Stripe's AI accounts across Europe.
• Build a high-performing team, coaching for consultative and solution-based sales skills.
• Drive revenue, increase product attach rates, and grow existing clients rapidly.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to shape GTM strategy.
• Serve as an internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe's AI-focused products.
• Build relationships with executives (CEO, CFO, CTO) and advise on Stripe support for growth.
• Create best practices and improve engagement models with customers.
