Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to advance the Global Alliances with Accenture and other GSIs across EMEA. You will drive joint GTM, co-sell, and delivery capabilities, working with Stripe sales and partner teams to expand revenue and partnerships.

The role emphasizes strategic alliance development, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable partner-driven growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements detailed by Stripe: 10+ years of technology GTM experience.
• Strong strategy, sales, and development capabilities with partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across leadership levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Accenture PDM and other GSI PDMs in EMEA to build strategy and drive co-sell.
• Enable Stripe and partner sales teams on joint value propositions and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support partner co-sell and GTM initiatives.
• Support key deal execution with partners, including pre- and post-sales activities.
• Maintain weekly pipeline reviews and ensure accurate pipeline data.
• Mobilize internal tools, references, and investments to hit quarterly goals.
