Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager to accelerate global alliances with Accenture and other GSIs in EMEA. You will drive joint GTM, co-sell motions, and enable partner sales teams across markets.

The role demands deep collaboration with Stripe sales, PDMs, and partners to unlock new revenue while maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene. Hybrid/remote work is available within the UK, with travel to partner sites and customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology GTM experience in strategy, sales, or development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build scalable partner programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives and field teams.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple markets in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Accenture PDM and other GSI partners to drive joint GTM and co-sell across the EMEA region.
• Enable Stripe and partner sales teams with the unique joint value proposition and opportunities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to support Stripe partner co-sell and scalable GTM models.
• Support key deal execution with partners, pre- and post-sales teams, and maintain pipeline hygiene.
