Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Regional ABM Manager for EMEA to drive regional execution of the global ABM strategy. You’ll adapt messaging, campaigns, events, and experiences to meet local market needs while maintaining global consistency across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Collaborate with Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Marketing to accelerate account progression. Build creative ABM programs and partner with global teams on localization, measurement, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in B2B marketing with ABM, field or enterprise marketing backgrounds.
• Experience adapting global ABM programs to regional markets and languages.
• Proven ability to design creative account-based campaigns that move opportunities.

• Drove regional ABM execution and adapted global programs for EMEA markets.
• Developed account engagement campaigns including executive outreach and events.
