Job summary

Mendix is seeking a Regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for EMEA. You will lead local execution of the global ABM strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, adapting messaging, campaigns, events, and experiences to fit regional markets while maintaining global consistency.

• Proven track record in B2B marketing with ABM, field or demand generation focus.
• Ability to tailor campaigns for multiple regions with regional nuances.
• Experience building creative ABM programs to advance enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborates closely with Sales and Customer Success to execute coordinated strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional ABM execution across EMEA, adapting programs to local markets.
• Develop account-based campaigns and experiences to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Partner with Sales and BDR teams to identify priority accounts and align programs with outbound motions.
• Localize global campaigns while ensuring consistency with overall strategy and compliance (GDPR).
• Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs across digital, events, outbound, and executive engagement.
• Utilize ABM tech (Demandbase, Qualified, CRM) to personalize campaigns and measure engagement.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize programs based on data and regional feedback.
