Job summary

Endava is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness and drive demand across EMEA. You will partner with Sales, Industry Advisors and Partnerships to orchestrate ABM campaigns and curated events for clients.

The role requires strategic marketing acumen, strong execution, and a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a B2B tech/services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing or demand generation.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and executive-level events.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional field marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Design campaigns combining digital, events, content, ABM and partner marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts and opportunities.
• Lead regional events, VIP experiences and client engagement initiatives.
• Track performance and ROI across campaigns and channels.
