Embedded Software Engineer - Mid-Senior Level

Salary: £40,000-£60,000 DOE

Location: West Sussex

My client is an exciting engineering firm, developing software for industrial measurement products. They are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their highly motivated team as a result of growth. You will be designing, testing, supporting, and delivering software running on robust hardware.

Role Requirements
  • Develop and maintain embedded software in C and C++
  • Work with ARM STM32 microcontrollers and physical equipment
  • Develop in Linux environments with some exposure to Python, Rust, and Windows
Required experience
  • Commercial experience with recent, hands‑on C & C++ use
  • Experience with Linux and ARM STM32 development
  • Collaborate within small, agile, cross‑functional teams to design, implement, test, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport
