Are you a strategic and results-driven CRM and Email Marketing Manager with a passion for data-led campaigns, customer journey optimisation and performance marketing? I am currently recruiting for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join a dynamic business based in Enfield. This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who can take ownership of the CRM strategy, build automated lifecycle campaigns, and use data to drive continual improvement across the customer journey.


Responsibilities


  • Own and develop the CRM and email marketing strategy to drive lead nurturing, conversion and retention

  • Build, test and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns using segmentation, personalisation and behavioural triggers

  • Deliver performance reporting, uncover insights and data-led recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Champion customer journey mapping and contribute to improving user experience across all touchpoints


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a CRM and email marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar) and marketing automation tools

  • A track record of successfully building automated email journeys that drive measurable results

  • Confident with data and analytics – able to segment audiences, analyse campaign performance and apply insights
