An education support provider in Merton seeks support staff to assist pupils with emotional and learning needs. We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Merton who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school.
This isn’t about standing at the side of the classroom. It’s about being a steady presence, building trust, and helping pupils find their feet.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
