Job summary

Sedgwick is recruiting for a Subsidence Expert Services Building Consultant to manage complex subsidence claims across the UK. You will diagnose defects, determine mitigation strategies, and oversee repairs within our Subsidence Services Division.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Chartered building professional qualification (MCIOB/MRICS/MICE) and insurance qualification (CILA/CII) are preferred.
• Extensive expertise in identifying and diagnosing subsidence and related repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and commercial subsidence claims from notification to conclusion.
• Diagnose structural defects, apply mitigation and repair techniques for subsidence.
• Coordinate with team members and service providers to deliver claims end-to-end.
• Travel across the UK to inspect sites as required.
