This permanent role focuses on mentoring, audits, and ensuring accurate reserving and decision‑making, while driving revenue targets and stellar client service.

You'll work with the leadership team to upskill colleagues, promote professional qualifications, and engage with clients to showcase technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience managing subsidence claims in a complex environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with staff development focus.
• Ability to organise and drive tasks through to completion.

• Manage Building Consultants, licences, mentoring and complaint resolution.
