Sedgwick is seeking a Building Consultant - Expert Services in Subsidence, UK wide. You’ll manage complex domestic and commercial subsidence claims from notification to resolution, using diagnosis, mitigation and repair expertise.

Ideal candidates hold a chartered building qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE) and often an insurance credential (CILA or CII). A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a chartered building professional qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE) and ideally an insurance qualification (CILA or CII).
• A full UK driving licence is essential to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from notification to conclusion.
• Diagnose defects, plan mitigation and repair strategies for subsidence-related issues.
• Communicate with team members and service providers to drive resolutions.
• Continue developing knowledge of complex and large loss claims within a specialist team.
