Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Greater London to deliver an exceptional client experience through expert product knowledge and personalised relationship building. You will accompany clients on meaningful, high‑value purchases and share expertise to elevate the overall store performance.

You will mentor teammates, uphold brand standards, and proactively reach out to clients to grow a loyal, high‑value client base across all product categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium client services.
• Strong knowledge of watches/jewellery or high‑value product categories.
• Proven ability to build and develop a loyal client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales
• Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationships
• Develop the highest standards of Brand and product knowledge
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in all aspects of behaviour and presentation
