You will discover client needs, guide them across the Brand, and deliver an exceptional client experience, conveying passion for the category.

You will drive category performance, lead by example as top seller, and train store teams on product knowledge and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail experience with high-value sales.
• Proven ability to build, nurture, and convert long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of growing a specialist category by developing clients directly.
• Solid commercial acumen and forward planning to drive results.
• Performance oriented with KPI delivery while supporting team goals.
• Coaching or mentoring retail teams to elevate product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-centric approach.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Impeccable presentation and strong product knowledge.
• Ability to quickly develop deep expertise in a niche product category.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for your category.
• Lead by example as Top Seller in your category.
• Provide expert, technical advice on your product category to clients and teammates.
• Develop and implement clienteling strategies to grow the client base.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser to prioritize displays.
• Coach Client Advisors through 1:1 sessions and feedback.
• Engage clients with passion and deliver exceptional luxury experience.
• Keep abreast of competition and market trends.
