Job summary

Louis Vuitton in London seeks an Expert Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise across a dedicated product category. You will guide clients, develop relationships, and drive category performance in-store.

You will lead by example as top seller, maintain deep product knowledge, support the store team, and proactively reach out to clients to grow the category business and client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to build, nurture, and convert long-term client relationships.
• Strong category leadership and commercial acumen.
• Experience coaching retail teams.
• Excellent communication and client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for your category.
• Lead by example by consistently being top seller in your category.
• Maintain deep, technical expertise of your product category to drive performance.
• Welcome every Client and enhance their experience with exemplary service.
• Provide expert advice on your category to Clients and supporting team members.
• Be a strong style advisor and match client with product recommendations.
• Develop the highest brand and product knowledge.
• Analyze and drive category performance in-store against targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Head Office on product performance and market insights.
• Create action plans leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team activities.
• Lead client development through clienteling strategies and events.
• Coach and develop team members with bespoke plans for your category.
