• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions and understanding needs.
• Master product knowledge across categories to confidently present features and heritage.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor with beautifully presented products.
• Utilize CRM to capture client information, follow up, and nurture relationships.
• Act as Brand Ambassador by upholding Louis Vuitton image and staying abreast of fashion trends.
