McLaren Racing is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure end user systems run efficiently across the IT environment. You will resolve technical issues, fulfil user requests, and help deliver technology solutions that support high performance across the Racing organisation.

You will analyse root causes, drive improvements, and build strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers while acting as the IT representative for key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT Support experience in a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, Azure AD, Windows Server and security technologies.
• Networking basics including VLANs, VPN, DNS, LAN/WAN; Cisco Meraki experience a plus.
• ITIL and Service Management practices; MCP/MCITP/CCNA desirable.

Responsabilités

• Resolve technical issues and support requests across end user systems, prioritising by business impact.
• Analyse root causes and implement improvements for faster, more reliable service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while representing IT in initiatives.
• Drive technical enhancements and support new business solutions aligned to the IT Roadmap.
