McLaren Racing is seeking an IT Support professional to ensure end user support runs efficiently across the IT environment. You will resolve technical issues, fulfil user requests, and help deliver technology solutions that support high performance within the Racing organisation.

You will analyse root causes, implement improvements, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while supporting new business solutions and the Technology Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT Support within a complex organisation, diagnosing and resolving faults across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, Azure AD, Windows Server, HyperV, SSO, SCCM, Group Policy and security technologies.
• Good networking knowledge including VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN and Cisco Meraki environments.
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management good practice frameworks, with MCP, MCITP, or CCNA certification desirable.

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring end user support operates efficiently and reliably across the IT environment. Supporting the delivery and continual improvement of end user systems, you will resolve technical issues, fulfil user requests, and help deliver technology solutions that support high performance across the Racing organisation.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience in IT Support within a complex organisation, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical faults across cross-functional teams.
