McLaren Automotive Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced IT Support specialist to deliver reliable end user support across a demanding environment. You will resolve issues, fulfil requests, and help implement technology solutions that enable high performance for the racing organisation.

You will diagnose complex faults, manage tickets by business impact, and work with stakeholders and suppliers to realise improvements and roadmaps that drive the Business Technology function forward.

Formación

• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex faults across a large IT estate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, AD and security tech.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve end user issues and requests, prioritising by business impact.
• Analyze root causes and implement improvements for faster delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as IT representative.
• Support new business solutions and contribute to roadmap initiatives.
