Qualifikationen

• Extensive IT Support experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Mac OS, Azure AD, Windows Server, HyperV, SSO, SCCM, Group Policy, and security technologies.
• Good networking knowledge including VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN and Cisco Meraki environments.
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices; MCP, MCITP, or CCNA desirable.

• Resolve technical issues and support requests across the end user systems estate, ensuring priorities are managed based on business impact.
• Analyse root causes and implement improvements that enhance responsiveness, consistency, and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers while acting as an IT representative for key technology initiatives.
• Drive technical enhancements, support new business solutions, and contribute to the Business Technology Roadmap.
