Job summary

Perk is seeking an outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite seven‑star service to senior leaders and high‑value corporate clients. You will manage end‑to‑end travel with a focus on personalised, time‑critical arrangements and confidentiality.

Strong GDS experience and a track record in premium hospitality are essential. You will operate across channels in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring CSAT remains high while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high‑touch, premium customer service for executives or luxury brands.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and travel policies.
Excellent communication, discretion, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

End‑to‑end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, ground transport).
Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences, policy, and duty of care.
Handle urgent disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision.
Manage multi‑channel communications (phone, chat, email) in a fast‑paced environment.
Balance premium service with KPIs like productivity, handle time, and SLA adherence.
Build long‑term relationships with senior travellers and collaborate with peers.
