Job summary

Perk seeks an Executive / VIP Travel Consultant to deliver seven-star service to senior leaders and corporate clients. You will manage end-to-end travel, balancing policy, duty of care, and bespoke requests in a fast-paced environment.

Strong background in hospitality or luxury travel, GDS experience (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), and excellent communication are essential. Hybrid role based near our UK hubs with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Proven high-touch premium travel service experience.
• Experience in hospitality, aviation, or luxury brands preferred.
• Strong knowledge of travel policies and duty of care.
• Experience with executive-level client handling.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of executive travel itineraries.
• Provide recommendations aligned to policy and preferences.
• Handle disruptions with speed and empathy.
• Manage multi-channel communications (phone, chat, email).
• Meet productivity and CSAT KPIs while delivering premium service.
• Build long-term relationships with executive travellers.
