Job summary

Perk is seeking outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultants to deliver a seven-star service experience to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. This role is designed for someone who understands that Executive Travel is highly personalised, time-critical, and relationship-driven.

You will bring a strong background in premium travel or hospitality, with solid knowledge of contact centre operations and GDS experience.

Qualifications

• Premium travel or hospitality experience required.
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar.
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, transport).
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and policy.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed, empathy and precision.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance premium service with KPIs (productivity, handle time, SLA).
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain elite service culture.
