Perk seeks an Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite, seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. You will manage end-to-end travel with a strong focus on personalised service and rapid problem-solving.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or premium travel experience, with clear GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre or similar) and the ability to operate at pace in a fast-paced executive care environment.

Qualifications

• Proven high-touch, premium customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of contact centre metrics: productivity, efficiency, CSAT.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, transport).
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and policy.
• Handle high-impact disruptions with speed and empathy.
• Balance premium service with KPIs like productivity and SLA adherence.
