Job summary

Perk is seeking outstanding Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultants to deliver elite, seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. This role focuses on personalised, time-critical travel management and relationship-driven service.

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury customer service, with strong GDS experience. Hybrid or fully remote options available, with a 8am-8pm schedule and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel or luxury segments.
GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar is required.
Strong understanding of contact centre metrics including productivity, efficiency and CSAT.
Exceptional communication skills with a polished, discreet style.
Ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure situations; highly organized.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel (air, hotel, ground transport, bespoke requests).
Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences, policy, and duty of care.
Handle urgent, high-impact disruptions with speed and empathy.
Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
Balance premium service delivery with KPIs like productivity, handle time, and SLA adherence.
Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance, elite service culture.
