The Rank Group is seeking an Electronic Gaming Host to be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor in the United Kingdom. You will greet guests, attend to their needs and help create an engaging, entertaining atmosphere that makes players feel valued.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.


• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.


• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.


• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
