Grosvenor Casinos in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Host to greet guests on the electronic gaming floor and deliver memorable, customer‑centered service. You will foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere and ensure each guest feels valued and entertained.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you thrive.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and attend to guests on the electronic gaming floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver thoughtful service to ensure each guest feels valued and entertained.
• Contribute to a vibrant, high-energy gaming environment and encourage return visits.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and maintain high standards across shifts (including nights and weekends).

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, as you’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor.

Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, making them feel both valued and entertained.

Your job goes beyond mere interaction; it's about infusing every moment with excitement and care, ensuring that each guest's visit exceeds their expectations. Your efforts will foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.

You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanour and will set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

Skills & Experience Needed

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
