Job summary

Rank Group is seeking an Electronic Gaming Host to be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor, delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable guest experiences.

You will greet guests, attend to their needs, help with introductions to games, and uphold high service standards while collaborating with the team to ensure guests feel valued and entertained across a 24/7 casino environment, including night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit, and willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
