Nuco Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Social Housing Electrician to cover Derby and surrounding areas. The role is permanent and full-time, with a van, fuel card and materials provided for on-the-road work.

You will perform EICRs and remedial works, conduct maintenance, and undertake upgrades and installation tasks across domestic social housing properties.

Qualifications

18th Edition qualification.
2391 testing qualification.
Level 3 qualification.
Social housing/Maintenance experience.
UK Driving license.

Responsibilities

Social Housing Electrician

Area: Derby

Salary: £45,000 (OTE £65,000.00)

My client a leading nationwide contractor are currently seeking a number of electrical testers to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.

This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Derby These positions are perm and you will be provided with a van, fuel card and materials. Works will be EICR's + remedial works.
