Salary: £51,625.42 per annum.
Shift Pattern: 2 x 12 hour day shifts (07:00-19:00), 2 x 12 hour night shifts (19:00-07:00), followed by 4 days off
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our Packaging Department. This is a multi-skilled engineering position focused on both planned and reactive electrical maintenance within a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the First Line Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. You will work closely with other technicians and production teams to maintain operational excellence and safety.
