Get Recruited is recruiting a Technical Customer Service Advisor for its North Fambridge site near Chelmsford. You'll use your electrical knowledge to assist customers, explain product functions and help move orders forward in a small, friendly team.

The role blends technical support with order administration; you'll read datasheets, answer queries by phone and email, liaise with overseas manufacturing, and contribute to our customer care while adapting to automated processes.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical or electronic product knowledge with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read datasheets and electrical diagrams.
• Experience handling orders and inquiries via phone and email.
• Strong communication and methodical problem-solving.
• Desirable: technical qualification in electrical/electronic engineering.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email with clear, accurate advice.
• Explain electrical product functions and specifications to customers.
• Read datasheets and diagrams to answer questions about relays and circuits.
• Investigate product faults and gather information for the next steps.
• Liaise with overseas manufacturing to resolve complex questions.
• Process orders accurately in the order management system.
• Assist with picking and packing when required.
• Adapt to new automated ordering and customer administration processes.
