Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to lead electrical testing and certification within occupied residential properties across Devon & Cornwall.
You will ensure high-quality installations for kitchens and bathrooms, sign off certifications, and coordinate with building control for new works, contributing to safer, compliant homes and the company’s decarbonisation efforts.
We are looking for a conscientious, and qualified Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our dedicated direct trades team based in Devon & Cornwall.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied mix of residential projects, from kitchen and bathroom upgrades and fire safety improvement works to large-scale decarbonisation and retrofit programmes that are helping to shape the future of housing.
With significant investment being made across the sector, decarbonisation represents one of the most exciting growth areas in UK housing today. By joining our team, you'll play a direct role in improving residents' lives through the delivery of sustainable, energy-efficient homes while contributing to the UK's Net Zero ambitions.
If you're a motivated electrical professional with a passion for quality, compliance, and making a tangible difference in local communities, we'd love to hear from you!
