Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical operations on a mixed-use residential and commercial development based in Aberdeen. This is a key supervisory role, offering the opportunity to work on a high-value project combining both residential units and commercial spaces. You\'ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing electricians and subcontractors, and ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical works
• Lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget
• Maintain compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety policies
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other site teams
• Review technical drawings and oversee installation progress
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of works

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential or commercial construction projects (ideally both)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
• ECS/JIB Gold Card
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Full right to work in the UK
