Job summary

Gapp Search is recruiting an Electrical Site Manager to lead the electrical package on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme progress and ensuring high safety and quality standards on site.

You’ll work closely with project managers and MEP teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to specification, taking responsibility from installation through to handover.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience managing electrical packages on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar.
• Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Good understanding of electrical installations and site coordination.
• Confidence managing subcontractors and programme.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• SMSTS qualification is desirable.

We're recruiting for an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor looking for an Electrical Site Manager to join its delivery team across London.

This is a site-based role taking responsibility for the electrical package on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside the wider project and MEP teams to ensure works are delivered safely, properly coordinated and to programme.
