Job summary

A leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Manager for projects in the North West, including Manchester. The role focuses on overseeing electrical installation and site operations on large-scale new-build developments, delivering safely, on programme and to exacting quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and site teams to ensure successful delivery from start to finish, with progression

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale New Build Construction projects.
• Experience managing electrical packages on high value projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors and site teams.

A leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their growing team in the North West

The company delivers high value Mechanical and Electrical installations across a range of major projects, with a strong portfolio of High End Residential and Industrial new build developments. With projects valued up to £10 million, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager looking to take the next step in their career

The Role

As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical installation and site operations on large scale new build projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards

You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors and site teams to ensure successful delivery of the project, from start to completion

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating electrical works on large scale new-build projects.
• Supervising electrical subcontractors
• Ensuring installations are completed safely, correctly and in accordance with project specifications
• Coordinating with other trades and the wider construction team
• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
• Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates
• Assisting with the planning, sequencing and delivery of electrical works

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in large scale New Build Construction

You will ideally have experience working on new build projects and have managed electrical packages of projects of high value
