Job summary

CDM Recruitment is partnering with a leading national M&E contractor to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver multiple electrical installation projects from pre-construction through to handover. The role focuses on leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

You will attend client meetings, oversee design coordination and submissions, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive project handover

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector.
• Strong background delivering commercial construction or fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage design coordination.
• SMSTS and ECS/CSCS (or equivalent) essential.

We are currently working with a leading national M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their permanent delivery team.

The business delivers high-quality Mechanical & Electrical installation projects across a range of commercial and mixed-use developments. They are well established within the industry and have a strong pipeline of secured work, offering long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion within a fast-paced and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project lifecycle management of electrical installation works
