The Role

As Electrical Quality Engineer, you\'ll take ownership of quality across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and supporting delivery from pre-construction through to handover. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans
  • Lead quality culture and behaviors across site teams and supply chain
  • Carry out audits, monitor KPIs, and ensure QMS compliance
  • Implement lessons learned, walkdowns, and benchmarks to improve performance
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams
  • Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and proactively improve processes
About You
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade qualification
  • 5+ years\' quality management experience in engineering & construction
  • Experience with HV/MV substations, transmission & distribution (advantageous)
  • ISO 9001 auditor certification
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
