Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical site in Didcot, Oxford. The role covers planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the on-site team.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and must hold City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, with 18th Edition. AM2 and 2391 Testing are desirable. A strong, multi-skilled communicator with client-facing experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• AM2 and 2391 Testing & Inspection are desirable.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lighting duties and testing, including emergency lighting.
• Control panels and ballast changes.
• BMS system monitoring and logbook maintenance.
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £48,200

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
