CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment in Cambridge, handling electrical and mechanical maintenance on site. The role involves PPMs, reactive maintenance and liaising with clients to ensure reliable service.

The successful candidate will have City & Guilds Level 2/3, 18th Edition (desirable), and a proven track record in building maintenance, with a focus on electrical/mechanical tasks and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3).
• 18th Edition (Desirable).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lighting: installation, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels and changing ballast.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing: unblock toilets.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment located right by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements
