CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical site in Didcot, Oxford. You will perform mechanical planned and reactive maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team, ensuring high standards within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Plumbing.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Clear DBS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.
• Attend to and rectify mechanical faults.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with PPM and task schedules.
• Deliver PPM activity to a high, professional standard.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Make full use of company technology systems to maintain contractual compliance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider team and clients.
• Attend team meetings and briefings as required.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Escalate major site issues or incidents to the line manager promptly.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Pharmaceutical - Didcot - Up to £46,350

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Didcot has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday
8 am to 5 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.
