CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building in Green Park, London. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

You will work on lighting, emergency lighting, control panels, Pumps and chillers, with a focus on M&E/fabric tasks. Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, plus on-call rota and pension with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th Edition.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lighting installation, fault-finding and maintenance.
• Emergency lighting tests and control panels.
• BMS monitoring and adjustments (hot/cold).
• M&E and fabric maintenance across the building.
• Maintain and update logbooks and compliance records.
• Respond to faults proactively and escalate safety issues.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Green Park, London – £48,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Green Park, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Green Park, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this commercial building

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Package & working hours

• A basic salary of up to £48,000
• Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays rising to 28 days + bank holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Compliance and logbooks
• Chillers and pressurisation units
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
